Dismissal with an Administrative Fee

The judge may dismiss the following charges if the defect is corrected within 20 days of the violation date with proof of correction and a $20 administrative fee.

Driver’s Licenses Offenses: Expired, None & Change of Address

The judge may dismiss the following charges if the defect has been corrected before the first court appearance date with proof of the correction and a $10 administrative fee.

Licensed Plate Violations: Operation of Vehicle without license plates, Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured Plates,

Registration Violations: Operation of Vehicle without Registration Insignia, Wrong, Fictitious, Altered, or Obscured Insignia.

Dismissal without an Administrative Fee

The judge shall dismiss the following charge if the defendant provides proof of insurance coverage valid at the date and time that the offense is alleged to have occurred. All insurance proof submitted will be verified prior to a dismissal being issued.
