Property Tax Rate: 2019= .48376 The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in the City of Holliday by 3.46%. This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $13,767.00 or 4.63% and of that amount $4,701.22 is tax revenue to be raised by the value of new property added to the tax roll this year.
