New Utility Billing Software

The City of Holliday is changing software companies for the Utility Billing and credit card processing. The new software is Fund Accounting Solutions Technology and we have been using them for all of our other services and are very excited to get the Utility billing (UB) connected to them. This months bills will not be postcards. You will receive an envelope with a paper bill. They will be late in mailing them out this month only. If you would like to know your balance before you receive your statement please call 940-586-1313.

If you are on draft we will still process them between the 10th and 15th.

This month you can still pay by credit card through the AllPaid (govpaynow) link.

There are more exciting updates to the Utility Billing system coming so we are asking for patience as we make the transition.
